Jonathan Koch
Jonathan Koch was born in Santa Cruz, California and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains, where he continues to live and work. He has engaged in formal studies at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California from 1989-1992, and at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence from 1992-1994, but in the artist’s own words “Nature continues to serve as both my instructor and my greatest inspiration.” The artist has established a large and distinguished base of private collectors, dispersed throughout the United States and abroad. To-date, public exhibitions include: The Society of Illustrators in New York, Peter Walker Fine Art in South Australia, and Ann Long Fine Art, Charleston, South Carolina.
